I have been going to Helios for years and am taking personal training with Vivian, who is a Senior trainer here. These folks provide 360 degrees training - apart from what you do in the gym, they also tell you what to eat and do at home. This ensures that you see a healthy transformation and fitness becomes a way of life. I also love how they nudged me and provided inspiration constantly when I felt lazy so that I push myself to achieve my goals. Your fitness plan is hyper specific to you - When you first go there, they understand your body, past activity, injuries, illnesses, etc., ask you what your goal is and only according to all these parameters they give you an exercise regimen and diet regimen. Shekhar Sir, who is the owner of the gym, is a legend in Hyderabad fitness circles and keeps a keen eye on your improvement and provides suggestions and guidance when required. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a great personalised experience!

The Fitness center is a great place for the workout, neat and clean. I have been trained Under Master trainer Chandra Shekhar Reddy for a personal trainer. In his teaching I Have Gained Good knowledge and experience in the field of fitness in the right way. Excellent Study material and practical classes were provided in the due course.
