I have been consulting with Dr Shraddha since 1 year for my lazer hair removal procedure. She is way polite, reliable & humble in terms of performing procedures to clarifying even the stupid doubts which i used to ask her. Cuz of Dr Shraddha, I used to travel all way from Madhya Pradesh to Chennai, just for having the lazer hair removal sessions by her. Along with her, her staff members are much efficient enough, i never felt any kind of discomfort while my 6 sessions in Helios lazer clinic. Been trying to get an appointment for the last 2 months as a follow up for previous visit at Apollo hospital. The clinic staff on watsapp and call is very rude to talk to. They are demanding payment of fee even before confirmation of appointment. I have sent previous prescription as well as blood report but they simply won't reply nor give an appointment. I liked Dr. Shraddha but unfortunately her money minded staff will spoil her business.
