I was unfortunate to get my ride cancelled after checking in due to bad weather. The check-in process and security was smooth. The seating area can get crowded but they have enough seats to accomodate all passengers. They provide water bottles as well. After a few rides, before my turn came, the weather worsened and it started raining. They stopped the services and offered us tea. After waiting for 45 min they informed us that the ride won't happen due to bad weather and initiated refund process immediately. The staff is polite and helpful. The only complaint is that the toilet could be kept cleaner. Looking forward to visiting again.

It can be a joyful ride for those who are riding it. But painful for residents. Every Saturday Sunday afternoon feels like punishment. Too many flights and lot of noise. Think about hospitals ... Shame on you Locals are really irritating..

Totally non sense and the people who are ride these are also non sense. think about the residencies when helicopter fly over it makes lot of noise, kids and other citizen also get irritated. just because you have tons of money doesn't mean you have license to irritate ppl. #boycotjoyride

This is one of the unique & very special experience (first time). Pleasure to see part of Ahmedabad from 1000-2000 ft overlooking riverfront, NAMO stadium, etc. It feels that 7-8 mins not enough nevertheless full of fun. Chopper condition is very good and overall arrangement is fine. Worth to visit once and we should be proud to have such kind of facility in Ahmedabad. I recommend to take ride. We all enjoyed.. They have policy if customer cancle the ride then they will deduct money but if they cancle the ride then they should give some extra service to customers

8 to 10 minutes helicopter ride from Riverfront to riverfront... amazing experience to see Ahmedabad from Bird's Eye.... Little expensive but one in a lifetime experience...
