Wrost Experience. I Have Booked Chardham Tour Package.At Time Of Booking, They Dont Clarify Any thing. then before a week of tour they say we are not able to registration. So, DO IT YOUR SELF. Then I make complain and then they have to do. But This is not genuineness at your level.

Visited today to enquire about tourist destinations in eastern region. Offered couple packs in range of @65,000. Enquire for non domestic options in this range.Prompt came the reply we have packages start from 95000/- only. Seems to be a fully packed agency. A bit concerned on their replies to my queries. Have your own try.
My parents and our other close group member selcted their package for Pulhashram and Muktinath. Service was good but hotel and planning was worst and even response from Mumbai office was not as expected. In the middle of journey they were booking hotels no pre plaaning and all members in group were exhausted due to journeys and when they reach hotel the hotel they committed was different and they gave us some worst hotel and that too they were bookin on arrival no pre booking and when asked about the same to Mumbai office reply we got was "we don't share hotel name to tourist in advance". Just one suggestion People are paying money to you so that they can enjoy and create memories and you take care of arrangements and what you gave back life long worst memory of Pulhasharam and Muktinath. If you can't fulfill what you committed then say in advance. First you are charging higher by showing good hotels and what you gave later on?
Very arrogant attitude. Responds as if we owe them a lot. They don't need the business we offer. My inquiry went unanswered. They don't cater to your requirement. They have fixed packages and dates for a few destinations only, you have to chose frm that. Not at all interested in providing details. Highly disappointing.
