This place is so budget friendly, especially if you want to take some time off from home and would like to work from a different place then this stay would be the best. Every room has Wi-Fi connectivity with good speed, ideal for people who work on their laptop. Rooms are spacious and clean. Talking about the location, it is very easily accessible from the main bus stop, near to the market, you don't have to walk very long way to get whatever you want. You get everything within 1km radius. Best for solo travellers, families and IT professionals. You get food the very next door, there is a restaurant and you can get it at your door step as well. Also, this property has a room with fitted kitchen equipment to cook for yourself if you plan to stay for a long duration. Highly recommended, very reasonable pricing. Staffs are friendly and especially the person who is in charge of this property is very welcoming. Overall a good stay. Thank you all.

Last march I had a trip to kottagiri, konoor etc with my subordinates. We were stayed in this hotel. Not expensive and comfortable.We had good experience about this.

Very old building. Not properly cleaned. Toilet closet was shaking. Flush tank leak. For hot water we need to switch on the geaser before half an hour. The room rent is very high compared to the facility

A beautiful and cozy cafe in Kotagiri. The food was just too good! And the desserts and hot chocolate were lip smacking. The couple who runs the place were too sweet and hosted us like their own kids. Definitely would recommend 5/5 !

Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast!
