Worst ever spa ever.. they expect you to take their extra services.. when we denied and said we only want proper massage, the therapist said they r not getting any salary and have to survive on tips received from extra service. there was no pressure at all. she was just applying oil. finally i came out without any proper services and complained to the receptionist.. To that she accepted that their professional masseurs is on leave and apologized to us. i wish i could give 0 star. pls do not waste ur money in this spa

A truly relaxing experience . Opted for a single therapist as focus will be better and enjoyable. Try to go from Monday to Friday as they have happy hours offers . Therapist are very professional and trained. Recommend everyone to give it a shot. Located opposite Panvel Station easily can be seen from main road .
This is the worst place for getting your massage. All the 5 Star reviews here are fake, they must be done by friends and family members, and they are done at the same time. The attraction of the place is huge but the service is 3rd class. The quality is really poor
Worst spa experience, this spa existence is only for extra services, and they are the ugliest looking, they don't even know what massage means, they just put the cheapest oil and move hand back and forth, after few moments you will feel the most uncomfortable moments of your life because the friction of hands is so annoying to your Body that you want this torture to stop and leave this place asap, My suggestion, save your money and go to some genuine place for massage or ES, but definitely not here
Had the worst experience, The lady didn't know massage and she was just rubbing her hands back and forth like thousand times, it was too annoying. The shower is worst, the water never reached me. It's just a show off place with big signs and nameplate but nothing is worth it. Avoid this place and save your money.
