I don't know where to start thanking you, the entire trip has been seamless, right from arrival at Bagdogra to hand over at the Bhutan border to meeting our knowledgeable and friendly guide Karma, the trip to Bhutan has been the perfect holiday / study tour for us, to understanding the sector and see how the place works, I was looking forward to mountain life and peace away from the crowd and that's what I got, We loved the Khichu Resort and the personal touch and the location, the rafting in Punaka was the highlight for the entire family. The LM at Thimpu was in city centre with lavish buffet set up and nice comfortable big rooms and excellent friendly staff, heated pool added the fun for Viraj in the evenings which he would look forward too. The LM at Paro was in a beautiful location, the stay was comfortable, the staff tries to help as much as possible. The highlight of the trip has been the Hike to the Tigers Nest where we could test ourselves and our abilities. The Car was comfortable, the Car Captain (driver) was super smooth and the level of service offered was excellent. Our Guide Karma was fabulous with immense knowledge of the place and it will further enhance my knowledge of the trip and about Buddhism and help me to connect when I travel to Japan next year. The Lunches organised at Uma Paro and Ariya Hotel were super tasty. We had a good look around at Hotel Termalinca at Thimpu which too had excellent location. Rajdeep Bhai our driver was quite nice giving us inputs throughout out journey on our way back. Now Coming to the stay your Home, and the time spent with you Deepak Ji, to be honest I was a bit nervous as I was not aware where we will be placed as everything was planned and booked in 2 days time! The discussions we had with you, I genuinely felt I was with my parent speaking my heart out and I dint know where time went and I regret taking morning flight and not the evening flight. Viraj thoroughly enjoyed his time with Parth, it was great meeting Prakash ji for the first time. The hospitality and warmth which we received from you and family is I will never be able to express in words. There is so much to learn from you and I hope I can learn in this journey of life. The dinner at your hotel was simply fab, we were completely stuffed ! And Viraj too tired different stuff which he generally never tries. Morning breakfast with entire family is what we would remember for a long long time, I hope Deepak Ji we dint trouble you and Bhabhi, I shared all my experiences with my Dad he too was overwhelmed listening to our experience with you! The time we spent with BO and looking how much you love BO was a learning expereince for me personally as I am super scared of Pets! By the end of the trip me and Viraj both were comfortable with BO. It was indeed a pleasure to meet all the team members, from Sujit Ji, Sushant Ji, Rupen Ji, Asha ji, Vinod ji, it just felt like my own people where we have spoken over the phone so many times and meeting them was like meeting my friends whom I know knew! When all came for send off while we were returning I and Deepa had a tear in our eyes! This feeling cannot be there even if I stay in 7 star hotel, the love and affection which I felt in those few hours is beyond comparison and I cannot express it further! Viraj was on and on he will come back! But from Today School Begins he won silver Medal in his Hand Ball Team and we are back to the Grind! First, we would like to thank you Mr Sonu & Gupta for making our trip memorable and pleasent one. All our itinerary were well planned and we had a hassle free holiday. The choice of hotels were excellent as per our expectations. Our trip to Gangtok, Pelling & Darjeeling was really pleasant one. We had been to Nathula pass which was an amazing & lifetime experience for all of us. But apart from this we had a bad experience on the last day of our trip. We were on the way to airport from Darjeeling to Bagdogra. We started at 10am. We had asked the driver ( Tendu Sherpa vehicle details: Inova Crysta WB 76A 9538) to put on the AC. ( As we have booked AC car throughout the tour) The driver refused to switch on the AC & suddenly started using abusive language. He refused to drop us at the airport and said do alternative arrangements. He said he will not drop us at the airport. Then he said he will drop us to the airport but he will make sure that we will miss our flight. He stopped the car at the lonely road for more than half an hour. At last we begged him and we requested him to drop us at the airport. That one hour experience was horrible for all of us. We never expected a driver will behave like this. ( As we are having two drivers of our own in Pune.) Mr. Gupta had mentioned this above point in their itinerary that The driver may misbehave and they may get annoyed, we as a tourist we should be gentle in dealing with the drivers. We have asked Mr. Gupta to remove this point and we don't want any such drivers. You should brief your driver's. But all in vain. We explained the incidence to our tour guide Mr. Sonu on phone. And we also requested him to take a strict action against such driver.
