"Blackmail Center" should be the name of this hospital. All this hospital and the Dr. Needs is MONEY...even at the risk of your patient's life. They will treat your patient for a few days and after bringing the patient at last stage or at any emergency they will refer the patient either to Lucknow or to any Government Hospital. Very Rude Dr. And the staff and management is absolutely pathetic. If you love your patient please it's an open request never even think to visit this Stincky and poor hospital with illiterate management. They will only demand for money. First question they asked me was "Paisa aap denge ya kisi company ya government se claim krwaenge"...and my patient was almost taking her last breath. I have to share my personal experience A few days ago my father was admitted for angiography , But some how next days he was sufferings in fiver , I was checking temperature my self in every 30 minutes temperature was increasing ,I told to morning nursing staff (Miss Namrtta ) but she did not take any action .at the same time temperature upto 104 , same time staff shift change and Miss Rashi sifted in icu .That my father was unconcise he fall down on bed . In ICU ,There was two nursing staff in afternoon shift (her name is MISS ADITI do body wipe with cloths and ice cube ,after some time tem. was down. and in night shift Miss Ranjita, who take care of my father .Now my father is in good . all over staff is sportive. But Management system is very poor

It is a very good hospital, only if you doesn't love your patient,take your patient and they play with his life, they don't know anything, they don't tell you anything, and they will hand you a long bill. Rooms are stinking.

One of worst hospital I have seen ever, staff behaviour is good. Everything is too costly. They are charging 20000 INR bed charge only for ICU and mostly not using installed equipments, they admitting unnecessarily to patients to ICU to make money and when they got another patient, immediately shift patient to another ward and vacant ICU bed to new patient. As usual lot of medical test. When these doctors know that you have insurance, they take more days to treat patients and said " aapko thodd'e hii denaa hai, kNpnii degii naa, kyoN preshaan haiN" Many doctors are referring patients to this hospital, perhaps hospital paying to that doctors to get more patients. Cleanliness is good, food is good and costly

Let me explain about this pathetic hospital. My father had chest pain so I took him to this hospital. He went hospital on his legs. And just within 5 days of admission he lost his sense energy and hunger for food. They falsely diagnosed him of tuberculosis. Later when his situation became fatal then I forcefully discharged my father from here and took him to Medanta hospital where he diagnosed properly with no tuberculosis but a common bacterial infection. Thankfully he is okay now at home. So my experience about heart line hospital is very bad this hospital makes money at the cost of patients life. Pathetic hospital poor service and rude doctor. Never go to this place they offer poor service.

A caring nursing home for heart patients. Accurate diagnosis n treatment at economic price. Doctor and staff's response,behaviour is remarkably nice.

Worst hospital in the city. My dad was admitted and they don't have a clue what was wrong with him for nearly 2 days. Had to shift him in Apollo Lucknow and they told me what was wrong with my dad in nearly 15 mins. Heartline only focused on making money and nothing else

Giving 2 only because TPA desk is totally unprofessional you are in service industry learn how to behave and if we are claiming medical insurance that doesn't mean the hospital is not giving treatment for free . Company is paying to hospital on behalf of us. Doctors are good and polite
