Please, anyone going or ordering food from HeartBeat, please avoid it. I got food from them and found cockroaches in my food, and the owner agreed to give me a full refund due to their mistake saying they did pest control. Wonder how many people may have eaten cocktoaches. We are still awaiting a refund, and nothing has come yet. If you'll want to fall sick, good luck eating at heartbeat.
Food is average and a bit pricey. The overall ambiance is not that great. Could have worked better on the lighting. It's ok for a one time visit.
Food is awesome... Service & watiers are pathetic.. I ordered kebab, green chutney missing... upon asking waiter tells it doesn't come with it tht too in attitude.. Ordered main course, had to wait for 30 mins for half of order while half order served on table ... Pathetic...
Situated at Karaswada, Mapusa. This multicuisine restaurant has a nice ambience with a private party room. besides other Goan specialties like Chicken Cafreal, Fish Racheado and Special Fish Thali, their other cuisines are also good and tempting.
The seating space is great. Great ambience. The fish tank at the entrance looks cool. I stopped coming here 2 years back because I the food used to be average and sometimes inconsistent. Some dishes were below average. Returned here after 2 years. Came here as didn't have any option. I was skeptical at first, the food was nice. The quality of food had improved a lot compared to what I had before.
The food is tasty and nice. The atmosphere is very nice and cool. Recommended

The place is elegant, but the waiters are very less. I can see only two waiters. For such a huge restaurant only two waiters are not enough. The poor waiters serve very well but they do not get enough time to serve properly. I do not blame them. The owner should see to it that more waiters are employed. We had been waiting since long for the order after our first one, but it took a lot of time. The food is good.
