I had gone to Dr.Mala for my root canal treatment and crown and I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional services she provided. My cousin is already a patient at dr.Mala and she only recommended me to her. Dr.Mala was very patient with me and explained me different treatment plans with me in so detail that I was highly impressed. Although I was a bit demanding as I had only 3 days to be in Delhi before I move back to Bangalore for my job, Dr.Mala planned everything as per my availability and completed my treatment within the days I was in Delhi. Thank you so much Dr.Mala for the special care and consideration.
I give 2 stars because she is nice. It has been 6 years since I had all my teeth crowned. I didn't get the brand of crown we agreed on or as white as I wanted but okay. In the first 3 years I had 3 or 4 crowns break requiring me to return to Delhi. Right before covid hit parts of both support teeth of a bridge flaked off. During covid portions of several crowns have just flaked off. I didn't want layered crowns but got them regardless. One of my implant crowns broke off. I don't chew nuts and bolts and I use a night guard but this is ridiculous. In the past 3 weeks 2 crowns have popped off while flossing. Looks great when they are both incisors. Insist on getting what you ask for and have proof. Sorry Mala but you did me wrong!
Dr. Mala is such a gem of a person. She is very very professional in her work. Her behaviour is so good and impressive towards others. Ma'am provide each and every detail about problems related and their solutions. Explains things in a very comprehensive manner. I am definitely going to recommend her. Meeting her was a great experience.

Also, when confronted her for the same, she not only refused to accept and acknowledge her mistake, but didn't even allow me and my husband to speak a word and continued throwing only medical terminology on us. Dr Mala, you turned my nightmare of loosing a teeth, a reality.
Dr Mala is a fantastic Dentist. I had an appointment this past week to have a standard teeth clean and health check. She was very thorough in her procedure and found chronic build up of Tartar that my other Dentists have missed for the best part of 20 years. Very professional and very welcoming thank you again Dr Mala will be visiting again in the future.
The best dental care, I have ever experienced. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Dr. Mala was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I went to Dr. Mala's clinic after checking her rating on google and I am glad to say that Dr. Mala deserves the HIGH ratings given to her by other patients of hers. She was very polite and explained me the complete treatment plan in such details that I was really impressed with her knowledge and patient handling skills. Otherwise doctors these days just force their treatments on patient and don't really take out time to explain the treatment plan. Dr. Mala is extremely skilled and very soft on her hands. It was a painless treatment and would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.
