Extremely worst hospital. Too crowded and very expensive. Management is hungry for money.No phone allow so that you don't take a video calling with patient. Reception and billing staff behaviour is very rudely. They are just doing business with patient.

There is only happen scam. No qualified doctor. They keep my father 18 days in ventilator and Sayed keep patience keep patience just making money. My father death . Please don't go anybody in this hospital. Staff will.not say anything about patient condition you can get any information from only doctor in only morning or evening time. West bengal govt should take strong decision about this hospital they make per day about 35-40 thousand bill in the name of medicine and test. U can't get any report of patient before 24hr . No proper doctor there and pls don't believe them about treatment. Doctor arindam , doctor pk sahoo, doctor Hussain, Dr ak parida was treated my father but they just making money only. In short if u go there with emergency patients u will got get back your patient. So beware .

To everyone planning to go for a check-up to this hospital, kindly read this. Giving 3 stars only because of some doctor's, otherwise the Staff members, security guards and their behaviour towards patient party is sickening and disgusting. Looks like they are more powerful than the doctor's. The staff members won't inform you anything when you are present in the hospital. The impressive set of skills they are having is to call the patient party when they'll be home so that the can make you give consent to some medicines, Injections( obviously the ones which needs consent) and later they will make a bill of of a huge amount which you're bound to pay. And if you scream over the phone out of the pain, depression you're going through because of the given situation than they will make sure they scream louder than you to show their Power instead of consoling patients family.

My first time Experience 4 Day's health world hospital. Use of good medical procedures is fairly good, always clean and tidy, bad behavior of some officials, the behavior of others is very good. However, the behavior of the officials of the health partner's swaasthya sathi office is not good. And the security forces are very friendly. There is food and drink water system and the bathroom system is very good. Finally, I can say that the behavior of the swastha sathi health workers is very bad and the road for emergency vehicles is very small.

They don't know how to take blood from patients for a test . After taking blood, blood is dripping from the patient's hands . Even, they don't know how to talk to the patients . One receptionist of that hospital says that if a patient does not have old records in their hospital, then they will not see that patient . Do not take your patient to this hospital where blood cannot be taken properly . PLEASE ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST. They don't have proper knowledge and experience . I would say to the hospital management please don't hire such employees who can't read a single prescription, have no communication skills , have no knowledge . Shame on you people .

This is the most bad hospital I have ever seen... They don't care about people's life..They only show off. They all are liars a big liars. They call the patient but upon reaching there they do not pay attention to them and make them leave out of the hospital. There staffs are very very very bad and ill mouthed. They are big liarss .. To all who want to get checked up in this hospital it's a request that you shoul have proper knowledge about this vogus hospital. They are very bad. They are not staffs instead a law breakers. They are very very very bad with rude behaviour. They do not have min. good behaviour to open up a hospital.

A hospital that embodies the quintessential bangali "parar dada" concept. Where immediate family members need to collect a pass every time they want to visit (regular visiting hours are 1 hour in the morning and 2 in the evening). Worst part, not more than 1 family members are allowed to visit the OT so if you were the unlucky member that couldn't see your operated relative and something happened, well tough luck. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. 1 star is 1 too many but 0 stars was not an option

Extremely poor management. Too crowded and expensive. Pathetic system. It will take you 15 min to get into the lift to visit your relative. Only one person would be allowed at a time. Seems like there are more security staff than the doctor. No phone is allowed so that you dnt take video of mismanagement and crowd. The waiting hall is overcrowded with no seats. They will switch off the AC of waiting hall so that you go out. If you notice the reviews properly, most of the 5 star reviews seem to be through their contact or through their staff members.
