Terrible service. The Law College telephone number has changed a few times, as well as the main Healthspring emergency number. My elderly mother, who is a client, was not notified! I hate to think what would have happened if she had an emergency! How can we rely in this service? Why are clients not updated by a simple call or letter? I am shocked and disappointed to say the least.

I have done my annual health check up at Healthspring SB road and I must say they are very professional and the staff is very friendly sister radhika and brother veibhaV and Kiran are the best at there work as far as time consuming it took me only 3 hours for my health check up . Definitely I will recommend to my friends And family .

It was great experience I ever had in healthcare industry.Even there was no USG service available @ there center bt there Reception staff managed very nicely & they booked my appointment in there partner diagnostic center and It was very smooth process. If you want to do healthcheck just go there.

worst experience..all tests were done..and they took more than a week to generate reports for the same. Also, false information were provided every time when i asked them for the reports.
