Extremely unprofessional management. We had booked an Echocardiography, made advance payment and the doctor kept on changing time for the test as per receptionist. And when My mom being a heart patient went for the report, the officials all at once started screaming on her for not being on time. Receptionist at the hospital don't have a basic etiquette on how to treat a patient, even on how to have a conversation. Once health etc was health etc with good staffs and doctors, but now they are just looting people and have no concern about patients.

Location is about 2 kms from Baguihati Bus Stop. Many doctors available for consultation. OPD waiting area is well maintained. Patient turns are according to the payment receipt time. Strangely they accept only cash as doctor fee payment. No online or card payment facility. That's what was told to me and had to pay in cash. I fail to understand why so in present times when even a vegetable vendor accepts payments thru QR codes
Receptionist behaviour is so bad! She don't bother if patient condition was bad or else! If you pay Frist then she'll talk with you. But the doctor behaviour is so nice nd also treatment. thanks to doctor!

Can anyone attain the phone any time? Every time it is ringing continuously, If you are in a private sector service specially related to heath care you should be more professional about these small things. All the other reputed diagnostic centers used to pickup the call in a couple of ring, as I have seen them. But here If we have any queries on reports or appointment we are unable reach you every time at entire day, then what is the significance to keep that contact number where your reception staffs always behave like hopeless govt employees?? Very poor service. Really disappointed as a regular customer.
Never book RTP CR test from them. It has been more than 4 days they never gave my test reports. Don't waste your money and precious time. They will never pickup your phone and keep you in lurch

Best place to get an ultrasound. All machinary are high-end in this center unlike other clinics. Only downside is that its very busy as it is the most popular center in the area.
Very prompt Service and professional staffs. If you are visiting on weekends and holidays make sure to keep buffer, because obviously a center can accomodate only so many people at the same time. Overall I had a good experience.
