It's cramped, hot (no AC) but cheap. The trainer seems to know his job. At Rs. 500 for 4 days, it's value for money.
Its been only a week or two ... however i have already started to see the changes in my weight ... the trainer is good supportive and very much friendly... proper diet plan and strict gym routine are provided, the environment itself is motivating. I will definitely recommend this gym.

Horrible.. they dont have a squat rack even!! The floor is dirty and the attitude of the younger trainer is shameful
Its a non ac gym with limited space. the only good here is the trainer having good skill nd knowledge which most gym trainers lack these days

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
