Horrible experience. Firstly they charged a hilarious amount of money for a scan. They asked for 8000 rupees for an ankle mri. The upper floor was sooo crowded, no AC in the waiting room, the building was filled with the smell of people's sweat. It was so hot, I felt like I was about to die. Then they only informed me 20 minutes later that my scan was actually going to be done downstairs. When I went there it looked like a homeless people shelter, unsanitary, people putting dirty feet on the seats. The staff not wearing any uniforms. They made me wait 1 hour, even though there was only one person before me. Every time I asked what was I waiting for they just kept saying "5 minutes". For the price I paid I should have been in a new, modern hospital but that place was just disgusting and pathetic. I highly don't recommend

Don't believe the high star ratings... they are fake. Such pathetic service that I can't believe..., The medical field requires a lot of compassion and sympathy but in this so called health square , there is no seriousness towards patients conditions, no discipline, staff is ignorant , callous, only glued to their cell phones , no uniform to segregate patients from staff and the list goes on and on. The worst part is waiting for the reports/test to be done after the payment. They will make you wait untill you are about to die.. no sync between different departments... I am speechless that how a disorganised centre is still not inspected.. it should be shut down...

Worst experience, pathetic staff, don't waste your time here. They don't care about patient. I have attached photo of reception no one is here to help, patient was waiting since morning to get his reports. Don't waste your time in this place

Useless center. Worst experience ..Just a money making center. They don't value your time. Keep you waiting in the sitting area for minimum 4 hrs for any test. And then they will make you wait for another 2-3 hr for the reports. All higher ratings are fake and misleading Please guys don't go there very bad service

Horrible service. Absolutely disgusted with the staff. Delayed in servicing. Was promised to get the tests done within ten minutes (having it booked early), had to wait an entire hour. Quite filthy place as well. It's extremely hot and they refuse to switch on the AC. Absolutely not professional at all. The clerk at the reception desk is unbelievably rude. Not just that, he's also inept at his own job. He was quite blatantly mocking people. He refused to get the tests done without speaking to a doctor which is absolutely needless for something like xray. When I got the doctor on call, the clerk at the desk couldn't even understand the doctor speaking English then LIED saying the doctor had been speaking some other language, hence he doesn't understand. He makes rude remarks at people. Thought out the time he was giggling around with other staff. It's honestly appalling. I'm extremely shocked and quite honestly have no idea how they are still in business.

Worst service ever, Patients are in queue, but the lab assistants are busy in gossiping, having ice creams and spending their gala time. Less professional, no respect for patients time. Zero hygiene maintained.
