Wonderful experience with Health Point. Dr. SK verma was a wonderful surgeon, and the staffs were always helpful and kind. I especially loved how Dr. SK Verma & DR. O.P. Shrivastava really took their time to explain the conditions of the patient with me as well as the treatment options. Overall Great experience as a first timer.

I was admit here under Dr SAILESH VERMA. He is very good in nature and his way of talking really fabulous. All the care nurses also very good and very cooperative. I can say best in budget also. In emergency they handled very smoothly and easily. Thanks to all the hospital staffs and huge respect for Dr SAILESH.

Had a pathetic experience. The management is very poor, unprofessional , indisciplined staffs. Receptionists are very rude and act as they are super busy and professional but one who had experience of good hospitals will know well that they are just pretending to be professional.The staffs and management people keep gossiping everywhere.The physiotherapy department is more worse. Took my mother for physiotherapy as the doctor recommended and they treated very badly. They charge Rs.200 or 250 per session and that session was not even for 10mins. The physiotherapist doctor wasn't available andhis unprofessional staffs were there who kept talking and stalking. My mother is old and wasn't able to do few exercises exactly the way he asked and he kept getting annoyed. It seemed that we asked for his favour in free. Come on I paid for getting that session done which he didn't considered seriously and even didn't gave time. The whole management is corrupt.They ask you to come early morning and will keep you waiting the entire day. I had my worst experience in this hospital

Very bad experience from blood bank of this hospital. Used cotton are thrown anywhere inside the blood bank. Staff's talking behaviour were not good...

Most unprofessionally managed hospital. If you are coming for OPD come prepared with whole day time. Near Dr Anup Nayar's OPD you can see a scene like Fish Market. They ask everyone to come at 10 O'clock and thereafter no time is there when your turn will come... Avoidable...

Health point hospital bariatu ranchi is a super specialty hospital aur staff and team members is very coprative and behaviour is good, special Dr shalish kumar verma is very coprative and talking frankly, sir is excessive experience and knowledgeable general surgeon, my case handling properly and my prognosis explain properly . Had my ACL surgery here and the doctor, Dr. ANOOP NAIR is very good and extremely knowledgeable. He is like a one man army who takes care of everything from pre hospitalisation to discharge suggestions. However, the management and staff need more professionalism, especially at the middle levels. I also took physiotherapy from here only, which is very essential for recovery post ACL surgery. The physiotherapist made my recovery smooth and effective. Thank you health point for providing good healthcare services.
