A good place for gym beginners and aged people. You should get proper guidence for the gym routine and you can also have proper diet plan and everyday you have treated very well with the trainers. Very polite and respectful staff. Trainers are well known about all the excercise, breath control and it's effects. I'm very satisfied with my membership.
Amazing Gym and most importantant thing is you can't get bored because of the variety they offer to you in terms of exercise they include in your workout plans . They also provide you your detailed full body measurements including fat, muscle , water, etc percentage that helps you know more about your body and on which section you need to work harder .... This is an honest review .....you can surely give it a try, you will not be disappointed

After completion of OPD physiotherapy sessions I joined Gym for strengthening my knee and the staff here has taken keen interest for knee pain improvement.
