Health India gym located near to my house. So, i joined it. When I was going to this gym there was enough space for workout specially at morning seven to nine and evening five to seven. Trainer bhai was very good he was very supportive specially at morning when he workouts , and if you make efforts so he always though you how to do in a right way, because efforts are not enough right efforts is important. So, just try to focus on yourself and your exercises that's it, watch some videos on YouTube every day and go to gym and do if you make any mistake trainer bhai was always there don't listen everyone's opinion how to do this or that exercise just believe in yourself, trainer, one or two people whom you find right . So, that's all . Take a good deit and sleep it's important.

This gym is one of the best gym. Well trainer with new equipment. Reasonable price and at very time saving location.
