The 1 Hour training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring

It has been only 3 weeks over there but I am simply loving the whole ambience. Management is good, they take personal care of each and every individual. Talking about the Gym facilities, it is very nice fully equipped with modern equipments and Deepak Sir(Owner/Trainer) and Natasha Ma'am(Owner/Trainer) are really friendly and generous. Proper training and diet chart is maintained by them.I am really loving the whole experience till now
