Health Club - Gym in Patna - Patna, India

I would recommend everyone don't join this gym they are worthless they don't have proper trainer even the atmosphere is not safe. They are farud don't waste your money and energy.

This is not good, trainers are not good, just doing own things now trained to the people who comes. And equipments are not too much , not any discipline is there, and so on.

When I started going to the gym originally, I used basically every machine in the gym, from the running machine to the Pec Fly machine and looked a mess. I didn't know what exercises I wanted to do, what muscles I wanted to work and what I wanted to achieve going to the gym but after some research online I whittled down exercises and muscles to work on to different days. Chest and upper body session 1, legs session 2, etc and this proved to be a great help as I now had a coherent, simple plan which was easy to follow, making my gym experience easier...

Location is good near sipara bridge. It's hygenic and neat clean. Machine are aslo work proper and good maintain. Overall good gym near by that location.
