Moderately satisfied with the overall experience. Visited for pregnancy scans - NT, anomaly and fetal echo. The doctor is really good, and usual wait time is more. There should have been a proper booking option.

Worst experience ever I faced for a single ultrasound report.. u have to wait 6 to 7 hrs and after waiting too the report u will get on next Day. price is also too much high last but not the least Staff behaviour is pathetic, being a private health care staff behaviour is worst than a govt hospital. IF u are planning to go there plz don't go visit any other clinic in Guwahati.

It was posted inside the diagnostic centre that 3rd trimester pregnancy patients will be given preference. Now after waiting for more than 2 hours, preference was not given yet. When ask, the staff rudely answered that it will go by serial number. They still justified about what they wrote inside the waiting area that "3rd Trimester Pregnancy Patients will be given preference". My wife is feeling very uncomfortable as the due date is very near but still their stand is that it will go by serial number. No matter the Doctor may be the good, but as we have to deal with the staff, this will be the last time visitng this place. If you need to do blood test or sugar test, then you can opt for this place. Apart from that, this is hopeless. Shame of the staff who are rude to the patients.
