Health and fitness Gym is one of the best choice I have made for me. Their trainers are exceptional(Especially Mayur Sir) the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

"When I made it to the gym, my workout routine of watching you-tube videos on the elliptical and doing a few tired weight-training routines from college, wasn't feeling terribly effective. So i have taken the personal trainer. Mayur Patil is a great personal trainer in large part because he's an excellent teacher. His personal training sessions have taught me how to create a varied and effective workout. Mayur consistently explains why we're doing what we're doing. He is very proactive too! He provides good information about healthy diets that is useful in everyday situations. Mayur is just a cool guy, easy to talk to....someone who makes you feel very comfortable as you put yourself in the somewhat vulnerable position of attempting self-improvement...And I've seen results: I look good, my clothes are looser finally . Strong point of health and fitness point GYM: 1. Pocket friendly Yearly & PT packages. 2. Good knowledgeable & experienced stuff. 3. All equipment quality is good. 4. Last but not list - Giving 30 days PT session (this is the best part of this gym which i have experienced personally) Highly Recommended

This place is a haven for those who want to build a good physique, including newbies. The trainers are welcoming, especially Mayur Sir is very jovial and trains you well. And yeah, quite budget friendly too

Health and fitness point has been one of the most sought-after gyms in Airoli due to the foremost reason: a well-trained and cooperative staff. I was glad to notice that form and technique have been given utmost priority since day 1. Moreover, given that the membership is within reach of almost everybody, it's an ideal place for those who wish to maintain a healthy life. Mayur sir is my trainer currently, and he is very friendly and approachable at all times. He provides proper instruction and knows how to awaken a spark of motivation in his clients. I have seen a revolutionary change in myself since I have started coming to this gym at a regular basis, under his guidance. The gym including all equipment is sanitized and cleaned from time to time, thereby is a safe place to workout amidst the pandemic. I highly recommend joining this gym in case you wish to see a difference in yourself: both in physical strength as well as confidence.

Its my first tym in gym and am totally comfortable working out here. I had opted PT for a month initally but am still continuing as I could see visible changes and dont want to stop the flow. My trainer Mayur Patil is very friendly and motivating. He explains why & for what we are doing it.. Overall a gud budget friendly gym with great trainers..
