My child is ADHD.. very hyperactive, toe walking, trantrum, and many more issues which I m dealing with it.. It was very difficult to manage my child.. I was crying with behaviour issue of my child.. than I came to Health and care foundation, jivraj. From last 2.5year we are here and having a great experience and lots of improvement in my child.. I m sharing same with u all .. I Came to contact with specialist doctor and therapist.. they done assessment and suggest therapy like occupational, behaviour, speech, ADL etc In occupational therapy help me to deal with his toe walking, eye concentration,sit at one place, complete game, pluzze.. help me and as well as they guide me for all of this at home also.. so their is lot of improvement in my child. In behaviour therapy help me to socialization, how to tackle in public and also in school, focus and concentration, trantrum issue, help with dealing with stubborn.. In ADL help in education, how to do their work independently. Thank you, CP unit, therapist, specialist doctor and team of Health and care foundation.

It is a charitable trust hospital and hence the services offered here are also at reasonable rates. Before visiting, please call them once for availability of any specialist Doctor, as they are available at specific times. I have attached the list of available Doctors as on 20th Feb 2022 herewith. The administrative staff is also very much helpful. Truely for the middle class.

Here receptionist is very disagreeable behaviour on call even on what time doctor will come that also not inform properly.

Many Admin staff are too rude behave. They think Patients came here have enough time to spent whole day over here. So they busy in there routine timepass work and answer ua based on there mood. Even many time he behaves like they are Doctor. If you have enough money than go in private.

Queit a big setup for a NGO, neat, clean and hygienically maintained infrastructure, free or reasonably charged Healthcare services for the needy.

Great service in pediatrician and orthopedic in this hospital. I am contacting with the hospital last eight year because of my cousin sister have calcium Deficiency in her bones. She is suffering the problem by Birth. But by operations and implantation of rod she feels better than before. Administration is also working with great loyalty and honesty. Thank you to doctors, team, administration and hardly thankful to founders of the Hospital.

Been here for Covid 2nd vaccination. Excellent location. Ample parking. Less crowded. Got work done though had to wait for 2hrs. Would have rated 5star but the Personal Data entry operator was very slow and this made reason for waiting. Good service by the foundation. It's a paid service but worth it as staff is well organised. Strongly recommend.

Health and care Foundation is a well known non government hospital in Jivraj park area of western Ahmedabad. The foundation has been established in 90s cater services to the patient suffering from Polio and related deceases, Kidney dialysis, treatment to mentally retarded children, Pathology Laboratory tests, Physio Therapi, Dental related treatment, Speech Therapi, Senior citizen Yog centre as also they provide prosthetic legs to the patients. Eminent Doctors also visit the hospital. The hospital is well maintained and has a positive vibes in the premises. The sorounding areas having garden and parking facilities also. It is a very good hospital and also with reasonable rates for various treatments is preferred by all communities and all class of people. Covid Vaccine facility at Rs. 250/- is also available. My rating 10/10.
