I have admitted for almost 1 week in the hospital for my dengue treatment. Doctors are experienced and well qualified. Staff is very supportive and polite. Overall it was a good experience

Very very bad experience in this hospital. I had lost my mother only due to negligence of doctors and their staff. My mother had minor heart attack, we went to this hospital and they admitted my mother directly on ventilator and kept her on ventilator for almost 18 days,,,just making the bill. As we were not allowed to meet her, we were forced to just do blind faith on them. On 19 Th day on ventilator, their Heart specialist, one Sardar doctor directly said sorry to us for his failure part , with big amount of bill..... and I lost my mother I would like to say that Please don't do blind faith on this Sardar doctor ( their Cardiologist and his team),,,they just try to make u a big fool DOCTOR NAME ..... I THINK IS DR. HARSIMRAN JEET. MY mother went walking in the hospital and came back dead due to him only. Bhagwan isse kabhi maaf nhi karenge

I want to tell you about our recent visit to Park Healing Touch Hospital. Our experience was really bad, and I hope my review can help others decide where to go for healthcare. My family faced many problems during our time at the hospital: 1. Hurting My Grandma's Arms: The nurses kept making a big mistake with my grandma's glucose drip. They did it so wrong that it hurt her and made her arms swell up and turn colors. This was painful and really wrong. I have photographic evidence of the same and I will be attaching it. It shows how the nurses have no idea what they are doing. 2. Slow Doctors and staff: Waiting to see a doctor took a very long time. It felt like we waited forever, and that's not good in a hospital. 3. Too Many Tests: The hospital kept telling us to do tests that we didn't need. This just made everything more confusing and cost a lot of money. 4. Sneaky Nurse: A nurse took our phone and gave the hospital a fake 5-star rating. This was tricky and dishonest. 5. Unskilled Nurses: The nurses didn't seem to know how to take care of patients properly. It's not good when the people looking after you don't know what to do. 6. Bad Food: The food in the canteen was old and tasted bad. Good food is important when you're in a hospital, and this was just unacceptable. 7. Staff Confusion: The hospital staff didn't work well together, and they told us different things all the time. This was really confusing and made our situation more stressful. It created un-necessary chaos. 8. Dirty Hospital, Even in ICU: The hospital wasn't clean, even in the Intensive Care Unit. There is a common washroom for both the patients , attendants and staff. Sharing a bathroom with others is not safe, clean or hygienic. This was very disappointing. 9. Delayed Test Results and Doctor's Updates: We had to wait for nearly three full business days to get the test results and find out from the doctor what was wrong with the patient. This long wait was frustrating and kept us in the dark for too long. In summary, my family's time at Park Healing Touch Hospital, Ambala was not just disappointing; it was really bad and made us upset. I hope my review helps others choose a better place for their healthcare. Hospitals should always put patient care, safety, and respect first, and this hospital needs to improve.
