I had a complete ACL tear from a bike crash that I sustained during May 2022. I had my surgery done in June 2022. I had tremendous pain and had been doubtful for a healthy recovery. I heavily relied on my walker to move around. Needless to say, Dr Amal came to my rescue. I had a great privilege to have 14 sessions with him. I had Zero expectations at the Beginnng because, the visible signs (swelling, muscle stiffness, loss of muscle mass, ham-string tightness, tenderness around the patella) made me doubtful. However, as the days progressed, Dr Amal was very patient and understanding with me, and gave me only reasonably challenging sessions to bring great results. I was able to climb stairs from Day 6, able to squat from Day 9 and able to walk from Day 10. He gave me alot of detailed explainations on every exercise and also gave me alot of emotional support to push through my limits to bring out the results. As of now, I am able to walk fast, climb stairs fast and able to sit on chair comfortably. Thank u Dr Amal, Thank you Healing Hands!!

Ever since my 80 year old mother's physiotherapy sessions began a few weeks ago, there has been a tremendous improvement in her mobility. (She had a couple of vertebral fractures from falls a few months ago which had greatly affected her mobility and restricted her mostly to a wheelchair) She has started walking on her own now! Dr Amal has been very motivational with his positive attitude and ability to encourage his patients. Healing hands Physio are amazing. I have had back problems, and joint issues in the past. With their guidance and the help of their Pilates Reformer programs, I have been able to bounce back! Few months back I faced a lot of struggle.On March 17 my father caught by strock and his right side got paralyzed.For us it was a big truma.we lost our hope on him being able to recover.As a part of treatment we have to consult a physiotherapist.Then we met Dr. Amal. He was a healing hand for us. It was miracle,within 3 months my father was fully recovered and now he is being able to drive car. I recommend healing hand to all the people who suffer from strock.
