Healing Hands Clinic - Hospital in Pune - Pune, India

I visited the clinic from United States after suffering from chronic constipation for seven years and after 4 visits to different medical consultants in the US and Turkey and I must say I was impressed by the level of professionalism of the entire staff. Had initial consultation with Dr. Leena and conducted test same day and the problem was detected, I was recommended STARR Surgery which I agreed on without hesitation. On surgery day, every staff knew exactly what to do and it was very coordinated. Dr. Ashwin Porwal conducted the surgery without a single complication which I was very happy about, after surgery the doctor took time to talk to me about the surgery and I was made aware what was fixed. Miraculously I was able to fly back to the United States just 2 days after surgery. I wish I knew this clinic earlier, still recovering but I am already seeing significant improvement.

My friend was treated here with small Laser operation. Hospital is super cute, small, clean, luxury best. With best in class service and doctors. One star reduced since I felt that it's costly.... Of course it's cost of best doctors and best treatment. Staff is good and polite, so as the doctors.

Hospital is very neat and clean. Doctors are also helpful. Nursing staff is not good, you need to ask them to come for more than 4-5 times later they will come for 1 times like government hospital. Most of the times, you don't see any nurse or brother not available on floor. You have to follow hospital protocol but seems like no need to follow protocol for nursing staff. I feel nursing staff is very rude in behavior specially females( I am not mentioning her name deliberately) . About room, you should ask first which room you will get allocated, later post operation they might switch to any room, you might need adjust that time as your focus on patient not on room. My two family members are operated in healing hands, surgery went well. No complaints on Doctors. If you are going for cashless, then you feel like jail even if you have submitted all documents and etc. You have to wait for longer time for just to get for final approval, as approval pending for asked documents or some clarification. Even if claim was pre approved. Worst experience this time.

Dr. Porwal sir & madam, Dr. Paresh Gandhi and team might have work very hard and with lot of devotion to build such a highly organized, hygienic, caring hospital which has world's best reserch based treatment approches for piles, fistula, vericose veins etc. They have india's only 3D ENDO ANAL SCAN which increase the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment.. Highly recommended.. I would have given 100 stars... We traveled from kolhapur for my brother's consultation. He had a fistula from last 4-5 years.. We reached at 7:30. They have vallet parking facility, even the parking staff guy had a list of appointment patients.. He confirmed the name and ask us to proceed to reception.. Atmosphere was very soothing and calm.. Already 3 receptionist were there to guide us.. We met Dr. Afra sheik madam for the history taking session and then we met Dr. Ashwin Porwal sir. Within 3-4 mins Dr. Ashwin explained the case with video proctoscopy and resolved all our questions with smiling face.. He was so confident about success with his surgeries.. My anxious brother got convinced for the surgery. Dr. Afra sheikh helped us a lot in getting room at last moment and further arrangements like mediclaim process and documentation as well.. Dr. Kumbhar sir( Anesthesiologist ) & Dr. Samiksha mam helped my brother in OT with lots of care and empathy. Nursing staff is well trained, attentive & kind. Management helps you at every step with proper guidance and they keep you updating about further process.. Mediclaim / Insurance department has team of 4 staff which take care of cashless procees smoothly. Overall i feel, the environment in this hospital is very healthy, hygienic, spiritual, with some positive aura all around... They really work passionately as a team for der tag ling " Curing with care". They have lots of positive books in each room...you must read.. Hats off..!! I saw some negative reviews saying Doctor gives very less time but i would like to say here Doctors are so precise with der diagnosis and treatments that they don't need to spend so much of time with patient and the whole team works in so much of harmony that you get cured easily with care provided you should have a strong belief and trust towards the whole process.. The hospital is very nice rather i must say it's like a relaxing house were in you get all the proper medication. No smell at all, cleanliness is up to the mark, staff is really very supportive and calm. All the staff gives you proper guidance and knowledge about the surgery. Very well managed hospital. Truly recommended to the patient who are preferring for cardless option only.

Very well managed. Every function has a dedicated responsible person and they ensure proper follow up is taken during the admission person. Overall very pleasant experience and good job done.

1)Expensive Total Cost for 10 mm stone surgery charge was 4.5 sry correct amount is 430,039.00 With staint. Have proof. 2)No claim processing on time 3)Poor A/C And No Ac In Private room If you can just avoid this hospital Just small note for hospital please do not try to give cold threat to me. And try to take feedback positively.. and use appropriate words for people please be aware before visiting here

Our experience at the Healing Hands Clinic had been just excellent. The ambiance is beautiful and very refreshing and motivating. The team of doctors led by Dr. Ashwin Porwal is an expert team, which did correct diagnosis followed up with the piles operation. All the members of team had been very cooperative and communicated all observations/ procedures at every stage. The most awesome part is that the treatment consists of many proven herbal remedies from our tradition. Overall we are very satisfied.
