Very good behavior of the staff... Service are good... Specially the hair spa... Give you a shiny and smooth hair
This place doesn't prioritise the customer, randomly takes in people according to favouritism. The haircuts are not upto the mark with no varieties other than the basic ones that can be done in local salons. The work is lethargic and the staff reluctant. It is not even hygienic( I literally saw a small girl with her school shoes over the seats and no one clean it later)If you are spending this much of money, I will request you to find better places.
Customer service is really good. Staff behaviour is polite. And the prices are also reasonable. A very clean user-friendly salon(men and women both) in 3rd Floor,Junction Mall, Durgapur. Tea and Coffee service also provided when time taking services are done.
