I have been a regular customer in Kasba branch since past 2years. The services are great. Many a times they run great discounts and offers. I generally visit there for hair services and I am quite a happy client. My stylist is Hussain and he is great. Even without prior appointments they try to accommodate you but try to take an appointment beforehand for smooth experience. They have lift facility in the building and parking for 2 wheeler is available.

Had a very good experience! I have been cutting my hair here since few years now and this time Hussain was my hair stylist and he did a fantastic job!!! best part is that he listened to my requirements and did exactly what I wanted.

The haircut seemed alright at first but after that I realized that i still have my split ends and my hair doesn't feel like it has had a hair cut. My requirements were not met and the whole experience was not up to the mark. Highly disappointed. Would recommend other branches, but stay away from the Kasba Branch.

I have been visiting this salon since 2015 and since then my hair stylist have been Zafar. This boy has magic in his hands and u can tell by the way he swings those scissors.. Though I had uncountable haircuts from him, this is my third makeover in all these years from him.... He did a french balayage on my hair and as you can see from the pictures it was a fantastic work done. He is the head hair dresser/stylist in this branch and the best... He chose the haircut and the colors for me, that's how much confident I was on him and I had to after all these years of haircuts and makeovers he did on my hair. Highly recommended

Not good service. First of all they charge different prices to different customers for same service. I went for colouring of my neck length hair, however, even after taking an appointment 1 week in advance, I had to wait for 1 hour because "the colour was not there". On top of that, the hair colouring was terrible, 90% of my white hair was still white after all the colouring. I feel scammed. Do not recommend.

Very professional. I had done keratin treatment from here and they actually suggest me what's beneficial for me. Not busy to marketing their services forcefully. Very pleased with their service.

My hair was cut by Ali who kept on selling himself throughout the sitting and claimed to know a great deal about what he was doing and how my erstwhile hair dresser hadn't done justice to my hair. The end result was me having a haircut which had no shape. Two oddly left thin strands of hair were left on the sides which stuck out as horns when my hair was left open with the sides being suddenly longer than the middle. Such a disproportionate haircut from a reputed salon is not the kind of service we pay for. He rolled my hair into curls to hide such callous haircut despite asking him to dry them straight so that I can understand if the cut is proper. Please train your staffs better. A mediocre barber would also have the basic understanding of shaping the hair right.

I'm a customer of this place for last 8 years.... All the staff are very cordial . My stylist is Bidyut , who at present is one of the oldest employees along with Zafar....It's because of them the clients want to go again n again. All the Best!!
