Head Turners - Hair transplantation clinic in Patna - Patna, India

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience. Despite obtaining a coupon and completing the payment process, I was denied service upon visiting the salon due to alleged availability issues. Moreover, the receptionist displayed a discourteous attitude, dismissing my requirements without a proper hearing. Consequently, I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for any services. The overall encounter was disappointing.

I have been to this parlour twice.The first time I visited the parlour ...the atmosphere was very good but then today i went for the second time ...and the person on the reception was behaving as if he is giving me free service. He was way too rude and he did not tell before that my offer booklet was over . Even when I asked him in the beginning itself. Moreover the booklet says 2 service per person . But they refused to give more than two service in a day ... I'm giving two starts coz of the lady who was very polite. But had a very bad experience

Bad service specially if u r using the offer booklet sold by them . They'll treat u with inferiority. Hair spa is bad. No sense of how to brush hair . No sense of how to talk to the client. If a six year old kid have slightly long hair they will consider her as an adult and ask for full haircut charge. Had been using head turners (other branches) servises for a long time but this one is very disappointing.

I have been trapped by their membership card which cost 1500 ,on top of that they charge you rs.30 as a tip on their each service. But at first their marketing team said that we don't have to give tip of rs 30 on threading but when I went there they charged me rs 30 on threading service. I am relieved disappointed like why would I pay 50+30 for threading?? This is ridiculous. The man at the reception shouldn't be there .
