Well maintained area . Quite busy during daytime . Post office bank is also located here . You can also make enquiries about your courier deliveries. Good maintained garden area is there which contributes to greenery around it. It is situated between a very busy place. Overall experience was good. Sometimes it showed delivered whereas I haven't got my order but when i visited to Post office to make enquiry about it staffs were helpful.

Head post office of Purnea having limited stamps, no gum/glue to stick envelopes, stamps. Appearance is not so good. If you need to seal envelope you have to buy from outside. However, I feel lucky, as one lady helped me to fix the envelope. The place looks like pure government department...

I met with Mr. Vinay Kumar at post office due to some issue. I didn't expect a warm welcome and rapidly resolving the issue. I must say he deserves an appreciation because of his behavior.

Post office is very clean and tidy, facilities are very good which is quite satisfactory, we know that todays world is dependent more on sms, WhatsApp and other social networks but post office is doing well from many years and social networks can't compete with it as it connected India since it's independence, Being citizen of India we should proud of it.

Working employees have inflated ego, not co-operative at all. They act like some privileged teenagers with cognitive behavioral issues. I hope i never have to deal with these bunchs in any near future.
