Highly disappointed! I booked an appointment 2 days in advance for today at 4 pm. After 3 o'clock, their staff contacted me and asked if I could reschedule. I had come down by then. However I rescheduled it to 5 pm. At 4:20 pm I called them there and cross checked to see if there was any change. I reached there at 5 o'clock as per their confirmation. They asked me to wait again. I asked them I reached there only after cross checking the schedule. But the attitude of front desk staff was really disappointing. She ignored and behaved in such a way that I'm not an important customer for them. I arrived with high expectations and was disappointed at the front desk. I canceled the appointment and went to Lyra unisex salon nearby. Even though it was busy there, they are customer friendly. I will never choose Head n Face again. Will never recommend to anyone.

I had the best salon experience at head and face vytila. Their hair treatment session was truly value for money and the best I've had in Kochi. I highly recommend giving it a try. The salon is clean, convenient, and their hospitality is top-notch. The supportive staff adds to the excellent experience.
