Worst experience ever . 0 facility, 0 management, 0 everything The location of this hotel is good ( near m g marg) But the manager and staff are all lazy . We booked 5 rooms and stayed 2 nights in this hotel . It was the worst . If you ask to provide drinking water today evening most probably they will be provided after 2 days We managed it by taking from other rooms Totally worst experience .
Very poor service . In fact they are not providing drinking water. Wrongly we have forget some clothes in hotel room no 305 . I am contacting them daily. But they refused and denied to return my clothes. It was one of the wrost experience for me with any hotel. They all are local and not providing any facilities to visitors. Please don't stay there.
Worst hotel... Receptionists are not polite . booked two rooms ( one standard and other primium via goibibo , but they gave two standard rooms). There is no hot water facility, they don't know there geyser working or not, they are least bother monitoring part. If we try to call reception , no display about reception number and same thing about wifi. They even bother to fill the drinking water in the room. My family vacated the without taking the shower because of hot water. Pathetic..
Loved the rooms and the hotel was great, would recommend to other people. Only veg options available in the restaurant, the manager is very helpful. It's 700 mtrs uphill to MG Marg but the taxi stand is nearby so it's okay. Cheap price but great rooms.
Hotel is ok ok type. But the person who is attending guest, is the most worthless and very very unprofessional. He demands more money for the same room whatever I booked online. When I have spoken to customer care for the issue he started to misbehave with us.
Maximum guests are complaining about hotel manager behaviour, running water, geyser, breakfast. Therefore we decided not to book here. This message is for the owner of the property.
Budget friendly. Room service was nice. The ambience and lighting of this place is very good. The bathroom was clean and accessories were there. Nicely maintained a neat and clean room was there. The location is great, near to MG Road, Gangtok. You will find amazing Food here as well. You have lots of varieties in veg as well as non veg, all are equally amazing. You can order before 8:30pm for dinner. People here are cooperative and friendly. So if you are visiting Gangtok then this can be one of the best stays whether you are coming solo, family or couple. Happy visiting. Enjoy your room and meal.
Location wise, it is very near to MG Marg (You can take a cab uphill and walk back). A great place to stay only if you get a cheap deal. The staff here did not want to help with house keeping services. Every room has a different experience (sometimes the shower might not work, sometimes the toilet jet will be slow). Once there was a power cut and there was no one to tend to our grievances. The staff wraps up everything and sleeps before 10 pm. When we asked for a tap to be fixed, we were told that they cannot do it and then they changed our room. The hotel has a potential to be better if the staff wants it to be.
