Kakinada branch people they do not understand Telugu also though they speak in telugu. Even they dont know their internal applications. Not sure what kind of training has been given to them and what is their understanding on the same.

In life insurance industry is in service. According to my knowledge Excide has good staff with smooth wording and warm welcome manner.

Office maintains and location is too worest and dirty, appreciating staff work.
