It's a back office and not serving customers. I wasted my time visiting here and they simply directed to go to T-Nagar branch.
They not handled HDFC Life insurance related work, I have visited this place but they said go to tnagar branch for insurance matter. Again i went tnagar and done the process of insurance matters. I don't know then y they make this branch totally disappointed, waste of time. For this I'm not interested to give 1 star also but it's default one.
I would have given a negative rating if it was available. HDFC life customer support says you can go to any branch. When I get here there's no response and am made to run around the city. When asked to put that they're unable to process my request in a piece of paper, they refused to do so.
It is back end office. They switched floors. Wasted my time as HDFC life web asked me to visit nearest office and I wasted my time here.
