Very worst..... We have claimed a policy for the accident..... And submitted all the documents for the claim. But still they are asking for the same documents again and again...... Still we dint get our claim
Relevant staff went to lunch for over 3 hrs the only person taking any accountability was ther Watchman/receptionist. Not very professional.
I came for a name transfer they processing the same for a month and saying silly reason like technical error. Still now the name has not been transferred very worst behaviour from this hdfc treating the customers like something not even a proper update they are providing always dragging for a month id whether they are working or not. For replying a mail they are taking 2 days and that also not a proper reply
Just got to know that their payment gateway has got hacked. I had made an online payment yesterday and didn't receive the policy. Thought it was a normal delay. But today someone called and says casually that their payment system has been hacked and many customers have lost their money. It cannot get any crazier.
I have a Health policy. 5+ years old. No claims till date (thank God), in 2018 I paid a two year premium say around 57K and received my policy on time. When i am renewing now the policy amount got changed to 90000/= + Tax. the reason told was the policy got upgraded - which i havenot been intimated and not taken my consent to upgrade and no agreement to pay higher renewal premium amount. Just they updated the increased amount in the online channel and pushing me to pay the higher amount. highly unethical, unprofessional and UNLIKE HDFC Group. The policy is expiring on 17th DEc 2020. Dont know how HDFC will handle and support this. _ pl suggest some way out
