Worst experience... do not take any insurance policy. They will force you to renew and once renewed they will never be available.
Very bad experience. Even they don't allow to meet the concerned person. Even after 3 days they have not forwaded my request to Mumbai Office.Very,very bad experience. Better not to go to this office.Try to solve problems through on line only.
Bad experience never go for hdfc insurence
My mother had a claim with this above mentioned insurance company. She is alone in home and managed to submit all the required documents after repeated visit to hospital. No we are getting repeated reminder is that some one will come to interview my mom, infact nobody called or visited and no options to call them back. When we approached to the insurance agent , they said its a third party who is doing these things and no options given to call back. Theere cochin office phone is always showing busy . I don't want your claim, atleast stop sending emails. Thought it's a good reputed company but it's not in my experience.
Very worst customer service. dont take any policies From them I'm waiting for my refund amount for 2 months and still i didn't get any proper answer from their side
They have a very pre planned adjustment in claim settlement
