HDFC Bank - Bank in Thane, Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

The staff are really unprofessional... I cam today to open a NRE and NRO account with my existing bank. But none of them are least bothered.. even the employee are arguing among themselves that why did you send this customer on the counter. I felt like they are making a favor on me to open a bank account. Really bad customer service from hdfc bank mira road. I am going to close my account with this bank just finding and alternative bank. Very soon..

Absolutely pathetic service in this bank. I had submitted account opening form on 21 March 2023. I got my welcome mail on 19 April 2023.They took 1 month to open a normal savings account. In addition to this, they didn't even give a debit card with it, even though I specifically asked for the card. When I visited the branch, the service reps were least bothered about this. One of them said that I'll get the card within a week. It's been more than 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my debit card. Makes me wonder if all the branches of HDFC are the same or have they placed such incompetent employees in this specific branch!

Staff seem to be busy with their own business. No priorities for Senior Citizens at all. Have seen elderly people standing in queues for a long time just to withdraw funds as they are old school and don't want to use debit card or ATM. Staff doesn't know how to speak to the customers. Please think about the elderly customers. Not much of an ask.

One of the worst bank ever. Shame on you Hdfc mira rd branch. A simple corporate account opening took long 20 days. Really shame on you. The staff is so pathetic that they promise something which not they are capable of.

I have opened Current Account there. Till opening of Account, Mrs. Alka Chaturvedi was very co-operative and responsive. After Account opening she neither picking up my call nor respond to the sms. Also I did not receive welcome letter containing my account details and Customer ID. I wasted my 4 hrs to get my customer ID , because of no coperation from Alka Chaturvedi

Pl be very careful when you withdraw cash in bulk at cashier counter. I had an experience in 2010-11 of fake 500/- notes given to me by Shanti park cashier in the bunch. Same was detected when i went to deposit unspent balance in ICICI. It was so embarassing as i was made to fill a form with all my personal details. They siezed the notes and did not return though i was allowed to take pictures. When i went back to hdfc,there was this lady branch manager who accussed me instead that I'm trying to fool them. I realised there is a nexus amongst few in that branch. What i did as a lesson to them: 1- Stopped further deposits 2- No investment in mutual funds, PM's etc through hdfc bank 3- Made icici as my salary account and rest of investments.

Just visited the bank for an joint bank account opening along with my father and the staff was very cooperative and even less then 30 min all the processing was done. Thanks a lot to Ms Meenakshi for your fabulous customer care.

I only needed to open one regular savings accounts. I went to the branch for walk in KYC but no one could assist me and help me out. dissatisfied with the service. They are not even bothered to open my account and do the KYC.
