Excellent It park located in the OMR Chennai wonderful atmosphere with high parking space & also paid parking services available out side of the tech park, in the park we find the good restaurant and hotel also available. It also having out sider pass visit. One shot best work place ....

Best place to work with peace of mind. Have much benefits and encourage sports culture.i am working in HCL technologies from last 5 years and very much satisfied working with them. The only draw back is the appraisal part. No one know on what basis appraisal will be giving on.as per my understanding HCL is a cool place to work on if u never expect much appraisal.

Good office with all the basic amenities . Subsidized cafeteria for HCL employees . Ground floor they have Car parking and First floor is for Bike parking. While coming please be aware of taking service lane else you have to do a U-turn ahead unnecessarily .

HCL building named Arihant technopolis which is found infront of maxx showroom, kandhanchavadi . The security peoples are rude in there , they will not allow even you have call letter for interview. They will show that they are sincere but actually not.

Me Being a food addictive, Cafeteria and food in HCL is awesome. Most of the counters will deliver you fresh and hot food via live kitchen. Also hospitality of the people serving the food needs a special mention, who cares for each and every customer with a smiling face. Now about working environment, It is a cool and calm loaction. Though the building infra seems to be older compared to other Modern buildings, Sceneries and Tennis court outside the building will provide you peace of mind

Went for a job interview. Completed 4 rounds and they announced me as selected. Asked me to send certificate s for verification via e-mail and I have sent them. But no response from them even after a week. Called them and they were redirecting me to different people. Atlast I have sent a mail and finally someone called me and informed that I didn't score enough marks in the third round. What a bullshit response. How could they pass me to the fourth round if I didn't score enough in the third round? I think they are just interviewing people just for the records or entertainment purposes. Never trust hcl again.

Rude securities. They will just make you sit in the parking outside the office and will call few at a time for interview. People coming late won't even have chairs to sit. If your interview is scheduled at 9am then it will not begin till 12pm. If you go to this place for interview, which most of the people do, then don't expect to be treated like a professional.
