Should wait long for your turn if you are taking radiation therapy, they usually make you to wait for 1-2 hours for your turn. There is only one LINAC machine and often there are some technical problems due to which wait time increases or you miss your fraction. Please call them if you need more info on your insurance acceptance or cost etc. They will help you promptly. Pros: -Has tie-ups with many insurance companies -Staff is good and helpful. -prices are clearly mentioned before you start taking radiation therapy. Cons: -bit costly when compared to other hospitals.

we took Treatment from Dr Milind Dr Prasad they are very good & the best .Radiation Department Mr Chidanand and whole staff are very cooperative very good staff. Chemotherapy Staff nurses are also very Good on the whole what a distress patient needs in their hard time of treatment we got the right cooperative supportive staff, nurses, reception staff, Lab staff, all are the best. May God Bless them all.

Very comfortable Hospital and Treatment is very quick. ..staff behaviour is nice...just need to more experienced nurses....I suggest to all for go for it..

Though doctors are well learnt and knowledgeable. Support staff like nurses and accountants are lazy and rude. They take forever to clear bills and discharges. If you are accompanying patient, then you should also book a bed here as you will be sick and tired running here and there all thanks to support staff.

Hello all I am happy to share my father treatment experience HCG cancer centre is one of the best cancer hospital. especially radiation department if I tell that the radiation sympathy towards the patient especially chidanand sir co -ordination is appreciable chidanand sir care and co operation towards patients is really superb thank you chidanand sir . Finally I'm thankful to HCG radiation department

Waiting duration is more than expected, it will be great if the process is aligned and understand the patients concern wthout making them wait for a longer time by avoiding unwanted pressure during the process of chemotherapy

There is no Digital paying of money in NMR institute. Hospital is well with advance technology but it's sad in NMR lab to pay amount through net banking where patients should wait long for net banking and staff don't co operate patiently....nowadays phonepe is in working..
