Please attention Guys., Before do any treatment in HCG borivali, please try to consider to go another hospital. Because HCG hospital is only to get money from patients, and their policies also illogical. If you hospitalized in HCG they will charge you 10,000/_ for advance payment., But when you discharge with you already paid full bills., still they don't give your advance payment. For that particular payment you have to wait for 45 days. That is totally scam. I had same problem and still not getting any payment after 3 months still now.
We visited HCG for second opinion after my mother was diagnosed with rectal cancer. After having brief conversation with Dr Tushar pawar and looking at hospital facilities, I felt this is right place for my mother treatment. Doctor,nurses,staff are professional here and most imp they very kind. Hospital is very transparent when it comes to hospital bills they give you cost estimation before your treatment and rest assured your final bill more or less would look same. If treatment is expensive they guide you with various trust available in hospital. Overall I would highly recommend HCG. Note:- Giving this review after my mother completing radiotherapy and currently undergoing chemotherapy.
The staff of radiation department cooperative and very much polite, specially the the doctors are very humble and handle the patients in very nice way. behaviour with the patients is appreciated, Also the the treatment is still going on and i hope it will be still continue as same. keep it up the good work HCG. patient Maria Matos
HCG hospital, Borivali Branch is a good hospital for cancer patients. I was under the treatment for radiation under doctor Mrs. Upasana Saxena. She is very polite to the patients. The nursing staff are very polite and explain the line of treatment mentioned in our file. The technician in the radiation department are very polite and make us comfortable at the time of radiation. The hospital is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this hospital. Overall we had a good experience. All the Best HCG!

Staff in the hospital is very co operative. Mr. Subhash Jadhav is an excellent person. Very understandable. Tpa person was there on Saturday and Sunday but he was constantly talking to yhem and finally got approval from tpa. Dr. Tushar Pawar is also attended yje call and answered on Sunday also.
