Absolutely poor management, staff is unaware of anything. Took an elderly patient more than 6 hours for a minor checkup. Even though they had the appointment of the doctor in prior. Very irresponsible employees, doesn't have any courtesy to address the issue. Extremely unprofessional and poor management

Worst hospitals and their doctors even worse. They don't know how to behave with the patients. Actually a year back I went to this hospital. My father has some stomach issues. Doctors told me to take an MRI scan and after seeing the report they told me that my dad got cancer and he needs surgery. It was a shock to my family. Then we said okay we are ready for surgery but they gave the date of surgery very long. So, we went to CMC hospital, is it Vellore, Chennai. They checked the whole body and found nothing apart from the gas in the stomach. I wanted to share this incident so, please be careful while going to this hospital. They are just making money for nothing.

All services are very good. Doctor after sir's treatment is very good. And coordinator and nursing staffs also good after radiation therapy I feel relief.

Had my radiology treatment done here, it's a go to Cancer hospital in Ranchi. Equipped with modern treatment & technologies. Although, I heard there old machine was faulty, mine was carried out in new machine and things were flawless. The medical staff took utmost care of me and I've no qualms but if one has to go for radiology, it's a lengthy process. Mine was done within 38 days but others can vary. My father was treated here but the doctors did not treat him properly. It was asked for daily radiation but here the machine remains faulty. If you don't have money then even 1 minute will not let you stay here on the bed.

The experience to be honest about the faculties of the hospital have been emaculate from staff to doctors but the management is highly disgusting. My mother had doubt of having lumps in her breast so we went there what the doctor has to say they told us several test to perform in which one of the test was supposed to be performed when they found any symptoms but after ultrasound it was there nothing found in my mother's breast but the management who are there are in the money department cut fees beforehand and my 20,000 is stuck and they have been delaying the refund since 2 months n more Whenever asked about the issue the they say from banglorethey have not cancelled so u have to wait until then how much do we wait I want my issue to resolve ASAP

Best hospital for cancer patients in Ranchi. 1. They take proper care of hygiene. 2. I don't like the behaviour of nurses 3. Food provided by canteen is good.

Worst experience i got here. Every day i have to wait 6+ hrs . A ill-mannered staff says that u can't say anything to us go to the doctor . And Dr Anita Kumari is disrespectful and too much attitude . If my problem wouldn't solve After meeting with the senior doctor tomorrow then I'm going to file fir in state medical council.
