The HCBS Sports Ville Apartments are so good and well mantained. The view of the apartments is awesome and the weather was little bit warmer in the afternoon but in the evening the weather is cozy and fresh. I wish that everyone has visit ones in a lyf.
If you like happening things around you with hottest spots nearby. This place is not for you. This place is peaceful and away from city. Complete silence and surrounded by nature as of now. Experience from Builder and his real estate agent its kind of not so good. So 2 star only.
Affordable housing. Construction quality is good no issues till date. Air quality is good. Area is clean n green. Sohna main market within 2 to 3 km radius. After elevated road started it takes around 20 to 30 minutes to reach Rajeev Chowck. Two universities within 2 km so can rent out easily. Overall good project if compared with other nearby affordable project.
Long hrs. Power cut, water quality is very poor and lifts are not maintained. Swiggy, Zomato, urben clap, yes madam etc. are not serving in this area also good medical facilities are not available.
I loved this society and all the things that needed to our daily life uses are also available in side the society like ration, vegetables, medicine,all milk items and there is also a unisex salon here at in side the society campus and park is there a big spacious society and the most important thing is the best security is available here
Worst, not family place, suggested to try different society. Somehow adminstrator not able to manage things, heavy power cut, dead lift, maintenance issue, so many things which doesn't not give society feeling.
Good gated society with peaceful environment. Some family started living here in 2 bhk. Waiting for possession of 1bhk. Location is good with hill view. Can't say anything about builder. Will let you know experience once possession process will start.
