Mediocre stay in Bangalore. Poor Unhygienic Hospitality. Must read: One of my friends forgot his headphones in our room and we came all the way till Hazel by afternoon around 3:30 PM. We checked out at 9:30 AM in the morning that day, the day staff said THE ROOM WAS CLEARED AND CLEANED AFTER CHECKOUT. He opened our room and I could see the bedspreads and pillows are arranged, probably for next check in person, but noticed THE SAME BEDSPREAD AND PILLOW COVER I was using the previous night. I could even see the same blood/food stain on the bedspread and black spots on pillow cover which I had noticed on the previous night itself. Then I realized they never change the bed spreads nor the pillow covers after each checkout. That's really disgusting and unhygienic especially during this COVID-19 pandemic period! Thankfully we found the headphones and left the place for good. Pros: > Peaceful location > Easy booking via phone call Cons: > Inexperienced night staff - only 1 staff is there who doesn't even know basic functionalities of the building > Lack of cleanliness and Hospitality. - The bedspreads and pillow covers are dirty and unwashed. - Broken TV in Room 201 (shattered screen), even no batteries for the remote in room 202. - Broken Jet spray in room 202. - Dirty washrooms and shelves in washroom is too fragile and not properly fixed on wall. We booked 3 rooms for a single night stay, paid 4000 rupees. Adding to all these bad reviews mentioned above, there was no water in the entire building early morning even for basic activities. When I approached the staff at desk around 6:45 in morning he said he will switch on the mortar and will take 20 mins. Even after 7:30 AM there was no water in any of the rooms. I had to call the owner early morning to report this and by 8:15 AM luckily the water was available. I would not recommend this place even for a cheap rate/single night stay.

This place is good for every events. We booked this for new year and we had a blast . Complete privacy we had and lot of restaurants to order. Decent enough with budget priced at 1k per head .

Good place to stay. No disturbances. Good value for money. Staff is also good. I had a problem with TV thats all. And some staff is not bothered about the pandemic happening at present. But except from that . It is a good stay

Very nice place to stay in B city ! Dominic and Ismael will make you feel at home ! Possibility to rent full appartements. 1, 2, 3, 4 bedrooms appt with or without kitchen. Breakfast available on demand. Nice restaurants nearby.

The rooms are well maintained.. the staff are excellent. Especially Ajmal and 2 boys from Calcutta. Stayed for 20days no issue at all. Please try this service apartment

A good hotel to stay in Kalyan Nagar. They have neat rooms and humble staff. And it's very close to all the Cafes, pubs in Kalayan Nagar. I enjoyed the stay there.

Located area nd apartment is good but worst maintenance. No lock door, dirty washroom, fan won't turn on, broken tv.
