Reception guy not good. Was topless and talking to a lady. Very bad behaviour
It is basic courtesy to clean a room before the guest arrives. My room was full of cobwebs and felt like a dungeon and the rent was Rs 1200 for this pathetic room. You will get much cleaner rooms near the bus stand for a cheaper rate.
Pathetic condition of the room. Even I was provided the room without cleaning was done properly both in room and bathroom. The bedsheets were clearly stinking . Cockroaches running here and there in the room .Even I got one cockroach near my head while sleeping. Taking 2000 rs for one room and giving such ridiculous environment in the name of cheap room is utterly disgusting. Take the compliments and complaints seriously, i am not the only one
Not good at all. Lack of basic etiquette from the manager and person at first floor. The person at First Floor continuously disturbs the guests and didnt even provide us with basic facilities.Manager is worst at its behavior. Staff member hussain is very cooperative. Other than that hotel requires management attention over supplying some basic essentials like soap, water jugs, glass etc.
Let me remind you Mr. Owner i was stying in one of your AC rooms and my driver used the room and that was Rs 500. Im not complaining about your rs 500 rooms.and im not the only who make a complain . There is other persons also. If you have to run your business u need to look after those complains . Stop behaving like a child and reply like a man. Accept those mistake done by you and your employees and in future u need to take care of it. And one more thing you don't have Rs 300 rooms . So dont mention it. Stop lying.
Dislike 1. No soap 2.No tv 3.No A.C remote 4.etc at 2000 rupees room. Overall i should not give any star but its mandatory to give one star totally disappointed
The worst experience i ever had. The ambience is not good. The. People who works there are not good. They dont even have sealed pack water Bottles. If you order for food here be sure that they will make you wait for Hours. They just know to make people Fool. Hope next time you dont do like these with other innocent people because this is spoiling your image
