Hayath Hospital - Private hospital in Chavakkad - Thrissur, India

The doctors, nurses, receptionists and other staffs are amazing. They are talented and do their work well. My review is for the management for the poor handling and orchestration. The place is very crowded and congested. There is not enough place to even stand. Only few chairs are available and pathways are too narrow. They should really care about the patients and arrange a proper infrastructure. I recommend this hospital for the quality of the doctors and nurses.

My uncle had a heart attack during his visit to guruvayur for his daughter's wedding function. By his good luck he was referred to Hayath Hospital, by Rajah Hospital. He was taken care by Cardio specialist Dr. Showjad Mohammed and his team who are true professionals in their field. A highly recommended hospital in guruvayur/ chavakkad area.

If you are reading this review you are looking for a feedback from the customer right? People are very polite but they don't know what's happening inside. Yes! They are living in other world. I called the hospital for medical test the previous day, they asked me to come next day. Next day at hospital I told them I'm here for medical test, the first receptionist asked the second one, do we do medical tests here. She asked me do I have an appointment, I said I called the previous day, they were confused, the response was scanning is only available on Saturday. why can't they inform earlier. I asked details of blood test, they were discussing and calling PRO, finally concluded and asked me to verify at the lab technician. Before leaving I asked them when should I come on Saturday for scanning. PRO asked me to come at 9:30am. I repeatedly asked her if I have to wait till evening to consult the doctor or will you make my appointment earlier as this is my second visit. She said come at 9:30 and then you can leave before lunch. As I know this hospital people ignorance, I volunteered a call on Friday night and asked for next day scanning and gave the file number, they don't know that I even existed in the system. This time the PRO asked me to come at 11am. I asked her to make appointment for doctor consultation. She said that is not required for medical test. Saturday at hospital, post scanning I went to meet doctor, the front desk person asked me for appointment. I told him that for medical test it is not required and PRO told me the same. He said PRO don't know the system and asked me to wait for another 2 hours for doctor appointment. I left the hospital without consultation. I had a very bad experience. Politeness won't help people. A systematic approach has to be followed. If patients and bystanders are misguided like this, it results to frustration. I wish to leave the hospital management this message.

Yesterday, I went to consult a doctor, the time of appointment was 4.30 pm. I reached there by 4, 00, knocked on the door of the doctor's room at 4.35. A nurse turned up said, the doctor would come after five, the tone and body language meant he would not come exactly by 5.00. Doctor's time is valuable, not the patient's, is the general feeling prevalent in many hospitals

I got immediate medical attention on reaching the hospital. Dr. Showjad, the cardiologist and team were so caring and efficiently put me through angioplasty which was inevitable. Nursing care was also extremely good. The cleanliness of the room was also good. This is one of the best hospitals near to Guruvayur.

My dad experienced a medical emergency during his visit to Guruvayur. Fortunately, he was referred to Hayath Hospital. He received care from General Physician Dr. Simya and her team, who are true professionals in their field. I highly recommend this hospital in the Guruvayur/Chavakkad area. It's an excellent facility with a dedicated staff, including doctors and nurses.

Good hospital and very good staff including the doctors and nurses. We consulted the orthopedic surgeon Dr. Ratheesh who was very professional and cordial. The nurses and other staff were also very polite and professional. The pharmacy section was easily accessible. The doormen were kind enough to arrange a cab for us, since we were new to the place.

Please fix this situation!! In pharmacy you have to stand there forever, there is six slots but only one person is managing everything. Those patients become more sick when they have to wait longer and longer. That's not nice
