Worst gym I've ever seen a coach always busy on his phone open delay not intend to train new commer and a lot of dust in a gym it seems not clean since long time. Hope after this rating they will improve it

Excellent gym,having lots of equipments,great trainer,pocket friendly, reception is also very responsive. I have loose 10 kgs in just 3 months. I can't express my pleasure having this gym. The staff is also very responsive and help me a lot to get over my bulky weight. I am very happy having this gym. I recommend to those people who want to loose their weight in short time......
Its very good gym with the pocket friendly fee. Nicely maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. All type of machines are available for strength training. Only 3 machines are there for cardio. It is not good for girls, who are looking for fashionable gym. But if someone really want to workout, u have it all. Actual timing is 5 to 10 in the evening , but it usually opens late in evening... and in morning as well. It is easily accessible as it is near the bus stop opposite to the Bowenpally police station. If fu r joining in groups, prices may be negotiable. from 5-7 only few people will be der... but after that rush hour will start.. There are lot of equipment available for core training. Cross fitness training equipment are available with variety. Join the gym if u r really dedicated. And the trainer will only be able to communicate in Telugu language... Else use the gym language. Even gym enthusiast will understand.
been doing gym here since 3 months , it is very spacious with good equipment and trainer shaik maqdoom bhai is excellent and also very friendly guides you very well , over all an excellent place for peaceful workout
