Amazing amazing place for sundaes. A lot of havmor outlets don't serve sundaes but this one does and they look exactly as they appear to be on the menu. Pros: 1. Tasty sundaes 2. Adequate seating 3. Fairly priced 4. Most food items are tasty especially choley bhaturey, mexican rice, and pav bhaji Cons: 1. No Parking space for 4 wheelers 2. Staff is a little slow in taking the order
On September 19, 2023, I went to Hocco Pantry in Shahibaug with the simple goal of enjoying some sweet treats. We ordered a chocolate dish called "Death Something" and a cold coffee. I have diabetes, so I cautiously tried the coffee, but it turned out to be extremely bitter. It was so unpleasant that I couldn't even take a sip. My wife tried it as well, and she ended up feeling sick after just one small taste. Concerned about our experience, I talked to the staff and explained the problem. Unfortunately, they were very rude and unhelpful. They didn't listen to our complaint or try to make things right. I'm sorry to say this, but based on my experience, I can't recommend visiting Hocco Pantry to anyone. The bitter coffee and the staff's unfriendly attitude made our visit quite disappointing.
Not satisfied with the quality served . I ordered Combo grill sandwich, it was very soft grilled not as grill sandwich which has crispy taste when bite...Moreover I ordered pizza ( thin crust ) but it was given to be as normal pizza without telling that 6 inch is not served in thin crust .When I paid the bill I gave the same review which I am posting here..Please maintain the quality and give appropriate information to customer when someone orders ..It was my first visit there .
Really good place..the staff is kind and polite..food quality is good.. have visited several times and have tried there chole and burger pizza.. today tried there pav bhaji and it was really tasty and meet more than the expectations..and it was for 199 after gst 209. They added cashews also that enhanced the flavor.. must try.
Awesome food, co operative staff, neat and clean place, but one thing that food quantity is less and price is high. For two persons Rs. 500/- approx.
