Ambience is good but service like catering is very poor, food is of third class, no taste in food no proper dressing of staff, uncleaned cloths weared by staff and unhygienic

very poor catering service. i attended one function there while guests are having lunch they stopped serving the ice cream and when all the guests started to go back then they start serving the sweet dishes. same is the case at the time of serving snacks. very very poor service. i don't recommend anyone to book there catering as it is very poor
A great resort for hosting special occasions and wedding ceremony. The hall entry looks royal and mersemrising. The garden area is superb for portraits and pictures. The catering was great, and the food was delicious. Thank you for your service.
