Wonderful location, very nice rooms, helpful staff and good food service. We stayed 2 nights in the Haveli backwaters resort. Start from the booking on call and till the end, very helpful. We booked the Nehru trophy boat race package also with the hotel. Amazing experience and very comfortable and enjoyed a lot. I would like to special thanks to the owner of the hotel and his family members to take extra care during the boat race. Room AC was little problem but later hotel staff fixed it. No mosquito or noise, we were relieved
Dont stay at this hotel. It will be the worst experience of your life. The rooms are fine but food is of very poor quality. No taste. No variety. You ask the staff for anything, they just say we will ask the chef and dont come back.
Very nice location. In the front of the hotel is the backwaters, you can ride on the boat aswell. The hotel is very large and nicely built. The rooms are very big and good.
