We went to this place on 25th of December 2021. The place overall looked great from afar. It had all basic amenities required. The main drawbacks of this place was there is no maintenance at all. Dirty n smelly rooms n washrooms. The entire kitchen area including the appliances were dirty. All the furnitures had layers of dust n grease on them. We had to clean the kitchen counters before using it. The caretaker is totally unhelpful. As mentioned in the booking sites that the caretaker will help by washing the dishes...he didn't do any of it despite of being paid extra for the same. Geysers weren't functioning. The list is endless. We felt pity for the owner...as they have spent a fortune building such a nice property but there's no one to take care of it.
Very bad, they only need money and which they have committed before booking but not providing anything Service level of employees are very slow... Food is little bit fine can not say very good. Sports facilities are very less they committee but will not give you anything. Loaction is very bad area roads are not so good. If you go by Google then can be missed anywhere in the village area. We had the worst experience at Havana. We had a party of 30 people and the manager promised bedding for all but could only manage for 25. Most uncooperative staff and awful hospitality. The manager wouldn't even pick up our call after we reached there and we had to manage everything on our own. Never recommending it to anybody. Totally ruined my anniversary
Imran is a total fraud, they charged us handsome amount but provided nothing as promised. They locked the gate and would not let us go out at the time of checkout. Totally ruined our stay.

Poor facility, uncooperative staff. Asked for full payment in advance and service quality was parhetic. Never recommending to anyone .
poorly maintained rooms, total fraud, the owner is mean, they did not fulfill what they promised and the services were very bad, i don't recommend it at all.
A very good place for all party occasions, must go with your families on weekends , highly recommened
